The Program Manager plays a critical role in the successful development, implementation, and management of QCC's core programs. This role is responsible for overseeing two key initiatives: Creating Queer Communities (CQC) workshops (levels 1 and 2) and the National Queer Arts Festival (NQAF) held biannually (spring and fall).
