This role is responsible for overseeing two key initiatives: Creating Queer Communities (CQC) workshops (levels 1 and 2) and the National Queer Arts Festival (NQAF) held biannually (spring and fall).

Queer Cultural Center is one of seven cultural centers in San Francisco, CA.

We work in partnership in dozens of arts institutions, galleries, and community spaces throughout the Bay Area including Oakland, Richmond, and San Francisco. We are a remote organization with most staff residing in San Francisco and Oakland.

We are a 501(c)3 charitable organization.

Dazié Rustin Grego-Sykes is a performance artist, author, and educator. He holds an MFA in Interdisciplinary Arts and Writing and won the Best of SF Fringe Award in 2017. Currently, he serves as the Associate Artistic Director of Skywatchers in San Francisco’s Tenderloin district.⁠
