Join us for a lively virtual evening with D’Lo and Adelina Anthony, in conversation with Sharon Bridgforth where they talk about collaborating throughout iterations of self, mediums, and life over time.
ARTIST(S)
D’Lo is a queer/transgender Tamil-Sri Lankan-American actor/writer/comic whose work ranges from stand-up comedy, solo theater, plays, films, short stories and poetry. His solo shows Ramble-Ations, D’FunQT, D’FaQTo Life and To T, or not To T have toured theaters and festivals nationally, and he is a regular performer/speaker on the college/university circuit as well.

Adelina Anthony, originally from the Payaya Territories (San Antonio, TX), is a critically acclaimed Two Spirit, Xicana, Lesbian artist whose entire artistic trajectory of twenty-five years has centered characters/stories from Xicana Indigenous Lesbians, LGBTQ+ Latinx, QTBIPOC, WOC feminists and other historically aggrieved communities. Prior to embracing filmmaking, Adelina was known as a prolific theater artist and solo performer (twice nominated for the Herb Alpert Award in Theatre).
