ARTIST(S)
transcriptions01 is an experimental cellist, composer, multi-instrumentalist and educator situated on Ramaytush Ohlone land (SF). Their compositions are rooted in honoring the essence and spirit of past, present and future Queer ancestors, prioritizing sonic exploration practices towards the decolonizination of Euro-centric structures embedded in youth and adult music education and performance.

Oakland based artist GG Torres (she/they) is a crafts person, energy+body worker, dancer and singer. Their vocal jams activate ritual and ceremony, composing scores for electronic and live loops, vocal processors and synth keyboard. They honor sacred and restorative moments on the dancefloor, renegades, riots and performance stages and collaborating with multidisciplinary QTBIPOC2S artists locally and internationally.
