Vienna Alvarez (she/her) is a queer Latina DJ, event producer, AV technician and community organizer from the border of Tijuana, Mexico and San Diego, CA. She serves as a pillar to the international underground artist community in the U.S. and Mexico. She works with artists, promoters, nightclubs, venues, and community spaces to bridge the gaps between access, the entertainment industry and BIPOC artists communities.

Anand Jay Kalra (he/they) joined Queer Cultural Center as Executive Director in September 2022. He brings a passion for community-based arts and more than two decades of experience in organized peace and justice work. Most recently, Anand was the founding Artistic & Managing Director of Uncaged Library, an arts collaborative and consultancy based in Oakland, CA.
Sarah Guerra is a native Tejana living in California since 2001. She has been involved in the arts since 1992 and has worked with various theatre companies in San Antonio, Tejas, most notably the Guadalupe Cultural Arts Center, Jump-Start Performance Co., and The Epseranza Peace and Justice Center.
