Nov. 7 – Nov. 10, 2019, the Roxie Theater hosts the San Francisco Transgender Film Festival. SFTFF provides opportunities for transgender and gender variant media artists, builds community through our film and performance events, and engages our audiences in cross-community dialogue.
A free grant writing workshop for LGBTQ+ artists that includes three separate learning sections. We encourage you to register for one or all three. Please note the last section is only open to applicants to the CQC program. Space is limited to 20 participants.

Queer Cultural Center (QCC) provides approximately 20 grants ranging from $500 to $2,500 to support innovative projects in any artistic medium that builds LGBTQ+ community through the arts. Most of this funding supports projects taking place during the 2020 National Queer Arts Festival (NQAF), which is slated to run May to July of 2020. Applications are due October 25th, apply today!
We are accepting Letters of Intent for the Emerging Artists and Creating Queer Community 1 cohorts until October 25, 2019.
Now accepting applications for the National Queer Arts Festival 2020 theme of “Transformation”. CQC (Creating Queer Community) is an annual grants program to commission LGBTQ+ artists and arts organizations to create works for the National Queer Arts Festival and for visual arts, performance, and multi-disciplinary programs in partnership with QCC.
