Queer Cultural Center is one of seven cultural centers in San Francisco, CA.

We work in partnership in dozens of arts institutions, galleries, and community spaces throughout the Bay Area including Oakland, Richmond, and San Francisco. We are a remote organization with most staff residing in San Francisco and Oakland.

We are a 501(c)3 charitable organization.

Darice Jones is a Bay Area executive director and leadership coach, actively engaged in promoting equitable and inclusive society values. With over a decade of experience, Darice leads QCC and facilitates work in various social movements, including the Bijou Film Festival and the Young Women’s Freedom Center. They are QCC's Interim Director until November 2025.

Executive Director Anand Kalra Announces November Departure from QCC

After more than two years of service, Queer Cultural Center’s (QCC) Executive Director Anand Kalra has announced he will be transitioning from the organization at the end of November 2024. As members of the Board of Directors, we express our immense gratitude for the incredible hard work and deep care Anand has shown in his stewardship of the organization.
