2022 National Queer Arts Festival Roles (short term)

Festival Production & Accessibility Coordinator

QCC is seeking a Production and Accessibility Coordinator to support QCC’s 2022 National Queer Arts Festival with in-person and virtual production needs, including contracting with venues, supporting with tech-lists, accessibility and safety needs (including COVID-19 safety), insurance. The Production & Accessibility Coordinator ensures artists have all they need for artistic production. Approx. 16 hrs a week now through the end of June, not to exceed $7,000.


Box Office Staff Member (2)

QCC is seeking an individual or two individuals to support our box office and front of house during in-person festival events. This includes support with ticketing, being the first point of contact for audience members, liaisoning with event venues, orienting volunteers, working with QCC festival staff. $30 an hr., approx 60hrs.

Volunteers

Seeking volunteers to support with NQAF Anniversary Events. Including ticket-taking, ushering, sharing programs, answering audience questions and supporting safety and accessibility.
$250 honorarium for support of 3 events

NQAF Outreach

Seeking individuals for festival outreach. This includes dropping off posters and postcards at key locations and strategically placing posters and postcards around the Bay Area at the start of May and the start of June. Flat fee $1,600 for Bay Area (or $400 SF, $400 East Bay, $400 North Bay, $400 SJ). Gas reimbursement.

NQAF Videographers

Seeking videographers to document our National Queer Arts Festival Events from June 9th to June 23rd. Compensation to be negotiated with videographer.
