Joan Roughgarden, a transgendered woman, a world-renowned evolutionary biologist and the author of the new book Evolution’s Rainbow, challenges accepted wisdom about gender identity and sexual orientation. She takes on the medical establishment, the Bible, social science–and even Darwin himself. The panelists will discuss these issues. Join the discussion that will include what it will take for biology and religion to endorse diversity in gender and sexuality.
