Frameline’s renowned Film Festival offers 11 days of the newest and best in LGBT film from around the world.This year, Qcc co-sponsors DANCING WITH THE QUEERS: A shorts program looking at performance and art within the Queer community. One film that will be shown is OUT AT THE BALLROOM which offers a fresh look at ballroom competition where couples are the same gender and proud to be “out” in the ballroom.
