Ali Liebegott is the author of the award-winning books The Beautifully Worthless and The IHOP Papers.  She is currently trying to finish a novel called Cha-Ching! about some Brooklyn misfits and their gambling addictions and an illustrated novel called The Crumb People about a post-September 11th obsessive duck feeder.  In Fall 2010 Liebegott took a train trip across America interviewing women writers for a separate project called The Heart Has Many Doors.  In conjunction with RADAR Productions, she helped found the only free queer writer’s retreat in existence, The RADAR Lab and the Eli Coppola Memorial Chapbook Prize.  She founded Writers Among Artists an annual publication specifically aimed to have visual artists and writers collaborate.  She also paints portraits of famous dead literati as ducks, such as Emily Duckinson and Fyodor Duckstoyevsky.  You can find out more about her art and writing if by chance she rings you up at Rainbow Grocery, otherwise you should go to her outdated website at www.aliliebegott.com.

Mario Ashkar is a gay Midwestern artist of Lebanese descent who works mostly in creative nonfiction, poetry and illustration.

Jen Benka is the author of PINKO and A Box of Longing with Fifty Drawers, and she works at 826 National.

Denise Bilbao is an erstwhile comic strip artist who often projects her feelings onto her illustrated creations.

Cooper Lee Bombardier is a visual artist and writer who was most recently published in the anthology Trans/Love from Manic D Press.

“Faggot Dinosaur, I Am” is written in a poetic form Clint Catalyst created, the structure consisting of a seven syllable title, followed by seven stanzas: each composed of five lines, and following a rhythmic pattern of 5-7-5-7-5 (first stanza), 7-5-7-5-7 (second),5-7-5-7-5 (third), and so on.

Remaining fossil records suggest that Justin Chin, though squat and lumpish, developed a system of claw-like appendages near his pie-hole to aid in faggoting.
