Jane Philomen Cleland photographed the initial Dyke March in Washington D.C. in 1993, and every SF march since. Her color photographs capture the faces and bodies of women in motion, celebrating the grace and joy that infuses the Dyke March. Cathy Cade has been committed to radical social change for over forty years, transforming herself and her community in the process. Cade began photographing the SF Dyke March in 1996. Her black and white and hand-colored photographs reveal the spirit of self-love and love of community that flow through the Dyke March. The exhibit is up until August 13th

A concurrent exhibit of their Dyke March photos shows at the SF Gay Lesbian Bisexual Transgender Historical Society through Dec. 31, 2005.
